The OSU Percussion Studio is pleased to host the 7th Annual High School Percussion Ensemble Festival Weekend on February 20 & 21, 2009. This year’s festival will include concerts and clinics featuring guest artists Mark Ford (University of North Texas) and Ben Toth (Hartt School).
High School ensembles from Ohio and surrounding states will have the opportunity to perform for and receive comments from the guest artists, and several ensembles will be selected to perform again on the festival closing concert. Two honors ensembles comprised of students from participating schools will also perform Lynn Glassock’s Layers and Robert J. Damm’s work Hoo-Daiko.
